Terms and Conditions
1. Scope and contracting party
These Terms apply to all contracts concluded via the GuideLab online shop between Thomas Reindl, Kirchenstraße 22, 4072 Alkoven, Austria ("Provider") and the customer ("Customer"). The version valid at the time of the order applies.
2. Subject matter
The Provider sells digital products (e.g. PDF guides, workbooks, templates) supplied as downloads. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer. By completing the order process (clicking the order button), the Customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation or provision of the download link.
4. Prices and payment
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. The Provider is a small business under § 6 (1) no. 27 of the Austrian VAT Act; no VAT is shown. Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout.
5. Provision / delivery
Digital products are made available for download after successful payment. The Customer is responsible for the technical requirements needed to access and use the products.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the separate withdrawal instructions. For digital content, the right of withdrawal lapses early as described in those instructions (express consent to immediate performance + acknowledgement of loss of the right).
7. Usage rights
The Customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for their own private purposes. Sharing, resale, reproduction for commercial purposes, or making the content publicly available is not permitted without the Provider's express consent.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
9. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability for personal injury remains unaffected.
10. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
